Payment MUST be received by us within one week after the purchase.
Dead on Arrival:
If system is broken or is not functioning properly right out of the box – please call us within 3 business days after the item was delivered. Please do not discard packaging as we may have to file claim with the shipping company.
If system or parts order is missing components or parts – see packing list or receipt for number of boxes or backordered items. If you have all boxes and nothing is on the backorder call us within 3 business days after the item was delivered.
Returns and Refunds:
Buyer may return the item within 7 business days after he/she receives the item. Buyer ships it back to us at his/her own expense. We will issue the refund within 1 week less shipping and handling and 15% restocking fee.
